Comme je l'ai expliqué à votre collègue, Patrick Rogel, cette photo ne viole nullement le droit d'auteur : il s'agit bien d'une photo du tournage du film de Laura Petitjean, dont je suis le producteur (il s'agit d'une coproduction Zorobabel/Novanima). Nous avons, de commun accord, mademoiselle Petitjean et moi, choisi cette photo pour illustrer l'article et la mettre en Commons Licensing et ainsi rendre hommage à l'artiste (la réalisatrice est d'ailleurs actuellement avec la famille pour les aider dans ce moment difficile). Ostrołęka's president photo?

Why did you delete photo of Łukasz Kulik. Author of this photography allowed to use this in Wikipedia. Your decision is wrong. La photo a été supprimée, car le nom du compte et le nom du copyright n'étaient pas identiques. Ensuite, j'ai mis cette photo avec mon compte "Les victoires de l'Amour" et en indiquant que le copyright appartenait à "Les victoires de l'Amour". La photo a été supprimée. Comment dois-je procéder ? Suis-je obligé de créé un compte avec mon nom civil ?

Licenciamento de imagens

Bom dia Érico, no último domingo carreguei duas imagens do Flickr ([1] [2]) que estão licenciadas em domínio público, porém na página das imagens, diz "Crédito obrigatório: Pacífico Medeiros/MTur" e muito provavelmente essas imagens podem ser deletadas do Commons por isso. Então gostaria de saber qual licença poderia substituir para validá-las. Será que {{Attribution}} serviria, ainda que sendo uma imagem do Flickr? Como é administrador do Commons conhecido lá da Wikipédia então vim aqui por ser mais fácil uma comunicação e creio que poderia responder melhor. Há muito tempo que não carregava imagens do site, quase sempre são trabalhos próprios. Marquinhos ^talk 17:44, 14 February 2019 (UTC)

@Marcos Elias de Oliveira Júnior: Oi! Realmente, boa parte dos administradores elimina as imagens nessas situações. Eu mesmo já tive que defender a manutenção de algumas imagens que carreguei que estavam marcadas como "domínio público" no Flickr. Acho que tenho sorte, pois todas foram mantidas. Então, sim, recomendo que use a predefinição {{Attribution}}, a mesma que usei e que foi suficiente para manter boa parte das imagens do Eduardo Leite. Veja esta discussão, por exemplo. Possible files suitable for commons?

Hello Érico, I've recently started editing pages of Brazilian politicians on English Wikipedia, and I realized that a lot of the images of said politicians have been added by you. Recently I came across this folder on flickr of Brazilian politicians, as I am not very knowledgeable on when outside images are suitable for transfer to commons, I thought I'd ask you. @Inter&anthro: Hey! Unfortunately, these images can not be uploaded to Commons. The license indicated is the Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 2.0 Generic (CC BY-NC-SA 2.0), which is incompatible with Wikimedia wikis for not allowing commercial use. I know very well that these licenses can be confusing. So, I suggest you to look at the following table:

Preciso da sua ajuda

Olá Érico. Aparentemente houve um erro de interpretação aqui. A tag {{PD-BrazilGov}} é utilizada pra sinalizar todos os brasões e bandeiras federais, estaduais e municipais brasileiros como domínio público, mas o usuário que fechou o pedido considerou que corresponde somente a textos. Por si só, a eliminação desde o início já está incorreta pois assim como aqueles outros arquivos, se deu sob falsa alegação de "violação de direitos autorais", e nós sabemos que símbolos oficiais não se enquadram como tal. No caso dos brasões municipais, estaduais e federais, apenas os produzidos até 1982 estão livres de copyright, e podem ser carregados sob o PD-BrazilGov. In fact, this is not the first time someone tries to use the language barrier, which I have for not being native, in this way. I always seek to ignore. But after seeing his blocks history in enwiki, I concluded that I should actually continue to ignore him. Hi, Tony! I also believe that this account is a sock puppet from someone. Maybe a check can be done here or in Meta, but I do not know with who to relate with (my homewiki is pt.wiki, so I do not know many users out there). Still, I agree with the words he/she wrote here. The abusive behavior showed by Cassianto to circumvent the status quo on Stacey Abracey (to remove an image that was not a copyvio), including using tag team with Serial Number 54129, is unacceptable. And, at the end of it, he still had the audacity to complain that I did not use letter case in "saturday" and still accusing me of COI for defending something that he himself ended up admitting to be correct (diff). Anyway, for me this was in the past and I also do not intend to discuss it again, as I mentioned in the enwiki (I just wanted to clarify for you the reason for having answered the likely sock instead of reverting him/her). Based on talking to a steward who looked at loginwiki, it is probably w:en:Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/AttackTheMoonNow/Archive per CU logs and behaviour. For what it's worth, I've been lucky enough to have sysops and functionaries from pt.wiki assist me in cross-wiki work, and I appreciate their usage of English because my Portuguese is non-existent, and I've experienced this on every other non-English project I have worked on. I'm sorry if you feel that you are not welcomed on en.wiki, which is not the case. We welcome all ESL speakers to contribute regularly so long as they are able to communicate and write effectively, which you certainly are :) TonyBallioni (talk) 02:34, 16 July 2019 (UTC)

• The copyright status of these images has been confirmed to be ok. I have withdrawn from the nomination and have taken with me some added understanding about how copyright works. These were legitimate concerns, so I won't be apologising; I've been bitten on the arse on more than one occasion with uploaded images, and I've learnt from it; my uploaded images are now problem free. This has been a thoroughly unpleasant and unpalatable experience, and it's a shame someone from Commons hasn't welcomed me as warmly to the project as TonyBallioni, whom I respect and admire, has done here. Érico, you say to the troll: "...this is not the first time someone tries to use the language barrier" - I've not used a language barrier; in fact if anyone has, you have here, in order to muddy my name. Your English has been impeccable and there has been no language barrier. I picked up on a capitalisation error, which to all intents and purposes, was probably a typo. It was most certainly not a slur on a language barrier. I think this is wholly wrong of you to assume this to be the case. Lastly, I shall never highlight suspected copyvios again, based on this experience. . Surely Commons wants people to be vigilant?
