As agreed in the deletion request for these files, the current version of this chart is very lacking. However it is widely used and I can only gather a file like this is very much in demand in our projects. Therefore an effort should be made to provide an improved version before deleting this graphic.

Some needed changes

• must be updated to address DW
• needs to be clearer about "third party" rights
• needs to be based on the strictest known copyright limitations (such as: Mexico's 100-year pma term), or
• be relevant to the most areas as possible, while disclaiming universal applicability
• localised versions or versions specific to areas with common terms could be useful
• could be easily and concisely updated to include explicit mention about release of commercial-use rights
• colours need to be colour blindness friendly (can be checked/planned with free online tools)
