Commons:Reporting abuse

How could the workflow for abuse reports (copyright issues, child pornography, image consent issues) be improved from the existing "Commons:Contact us" workflow in the sidebar? One possible idea is to have a simple "Flag this image" feature that walks users through the appropriate workflows to report an issue. Work in progress by User:Rillke:

• MediaWiki:Gadget-AbuseLink.trial.js - demo gadget
• Template:ReportAbuse - the template that powers the gadget
• Gadget in action on an image

• Draft and suggestions by odder

What types of abuse reports do we need to collect, and where should they go? That's what the talk page is for.
