• 1. CC 4.0 license of Tasnim News Agency only applies to images/videos that are made by Tasnim. Tasnim watermarks all of its images and credits to the photographer. so if the original image is watermarked by Tasnim and the photographer's name is in the black bar below image, it's made by Tasnim and has CC license.(read Saman-1984's explanations)

• 2. Almost all of images that are made by Tasnim News Agency, are hosted on newsmedia.tasnimnews.com (these images have galleries in tasnimnews.com/fa/media or tasnimnews.com/en/media).

There are two kinds of images in the website:

1-loaned images from international news agencies with obvious watermark (example 1 or example 2) or none watermark (example).

2-own work images of the news agency by official photographers of the news agency around the world (often in the middle east (example)) or in Iran. We just upload images with watermarks included photographers names of the news agency. You can investigate about this.
