Summary[edit]

Description
English: The blackbuck (Antilope cervicapra), also known as the Indian antelope, is a medium-sized antelope native to India and Nepal. It inhabits grassy plains and lightly forested areas with perennial water sources. Due to the deforestation and increasing human interference its habitat is decreasing day by day, which causing the blackbuck numbers declined sharply and habitat degradation. There habitat should be conserved.
